Chemical Peels are designed to enhance skin quality by removing its damaged outer surface and improve its texture.  Flawless medspa offers a variety of chemical peels conformed to meet several skin conditions.  With all Chemical Peels sun protection pre and post-procedure is necessary.  Peeling or picking skin could cause permanent scarring.

AHA Peels or Alpha Hydroxy Acid Peels are superficial peels. 

Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid Peels are two types of AHA Peels available.  Clients may experience redness and mild flaking, which should subside in 2-5 days.

Glycolic Acid Peels allows for fast penetration and is time dependent.  GA peels are used to treat Acne; photo aged skin, fine lines, hyper pigmentation, and mild acne scars.

Lactic Acid Peels penetrate slower and has a natural hydrating factor.  LA peels are successful in treating dryer menopausal skin, fine lines, hyper pigmentation and rosacea. 

Blue Peel RADIANCE is a lunchtime peel. Used to improve a range of skin concerns, including photodamage, and results in an overall improvement in texture and tone. Superficial exfoliation, with little to no downtime

BHA Peels or the Salicylic Peel is a great choice for active acne.  This is also considered a superficial peel.  It is effective in dissolving excess oil buildup within the pores.  BHA peels treat active acne, rosacea, melasma, actinic keratosis, hyper pigmentation.  Clients should experience redness, flaking and possible crustation, which should subside in 2-7 days. 

The Jessner Peel is a light to medium depth peel designed for more extensive skin damage.  Jessner Peels consist of lactic acid, salicylic acid and resorcinol.  This peel softens and rejuvenates skin producing positive results. The Jessner can be used on the face, neck, chest, back and hands.  Jessner peel effectively treats mild to severe acne, moderate wrinkles, melasma, hyper pigmentation, sun damaged skin, and mild acne scars.  Downtime is 4-10 days.

TCA Peels or Trichloroacetic Acid Peels are medium depth peels.  The TCA peel treats moderate to severe wrinkling, acne scars and blemishes, uneven pigmentation, melasma, dark under eye circles, and photo aged skin.  This peel requires a longer healing period.  Spot treatment is also available.

Obagi Blue Peel is a deep TCA Peel. The downtime is 7-10 days. It is recommended for acne scarring, melasma, severe wrinkling, and sun damaged skin.
